One of Australia’s newest contemporary spa brands has landed in the Blue Mountains, as Ardour Lilianfels unveils its all-new contemporary luxury day spa and wellness offering – Èliva Blue Mountains.

The new spa brings an experience-led wellness offering to the region, featuring soft, contemporary interiors across four treatment rooms, a recovery lounge with vibroacoustic bed, traditional saunas, steam rooms and mineral pools. The space will offer a curated selection of holistic, full-body treatments across the brand’s three core pillars – Rest, Recovery and Invigorate.

Treatments include advanced body therapies, high performance facials and innovative recovery rituals, combining the latest evidence-based practices and advanced technology, with world-renowned products including those from Hungarian luxury skincare house, Omorovicza.

Each treatment will begin at the brand’s Signature Oil Bar for a personal consultation, where experiences will be thoughtfully curated to each individual. A range of botanical oils including Avocado, Macadamia, Grapeseed and Apricot will be on offer for guests to infuse with Èliva’s own essential oil blend featuring Kunzea, Cedarwood, Blue Cypress, Juniper Berry & Lime, inspired by the Blue Mountains region.

Signature experiences include:

  • The Èliva Retreat – a luxurious full-body massage enhanced with back exfoliation and a customised facial tailored to individual skin needs, completed with a glass of champagne or healing tea for an added touch of luxury
  • Walking In Nature – a full-body exfoliation inspired by the healing benefits of forest bathing, incorporating handcrafted eucalyptus rose gum roller to release tension, a natural jute mitt to stimulate lymphatic flow, and a nourishing blend of mango seed butter, jojoba and shea butter
  • Moor Mud Detoxifier – a 120-minute full-body mineral experience showcasing the purifying benefits of Hungarian Moor Mud. The unique mud wrap infuses the body with magnesium and trace minerals, and is partnered with a mud scalp treatment, deep-cleanse facial and energising massage.

Èliva Blue Mountains Spa Manager, Trudi Zurlinden said: “The launch of Èliva brings something completely fresh to the Blue Mountains region. It will move away from the traditional spa approach to offer a holistic, whole-body experience that is truly connected to each individual guest’s needs.”

“Our goal is to create a space where guests can deeply relax and restore their energy by approaching wellness as a complete ecosystem– one that matches the peaceful nature of the Blue Mountains region.”

Èliva’s arrival marks a special milestone in the estate’s multimillion-dollar refurbishment to debut as the second heritage property in Salter Brothers Hospitality’s prestigious Ardour Hotels & Estates collection. The refurbishment has included: a vibrant redesign combining contemporary luxury detailing with the property’s original character; a sophisticated new bar – The Lounge – sitting at the heart of the hotel; and a series of new experiential dining inclusions such as caviar service, a cheese experience, a striking wine wall, and a new elevated high tea.

It also follows Èliva’s recent success opening its flagship location at InterContinental Coogee Beach and first regional destination at Ardour Milton Park Bowral in the Southern Highlands.

Salter Brothers Hospitality COO, Chris Curran said, “The debut of Èliva Blue Mountains cements the spectacular new benchmark being set with Ardour Lilianfels’ transformation. Èliva embodies the very essence of immersive and experience-led luxury – something felt right across the hotel’s new elevated offerings.”

“Èliva’s premium quality has been seen in the success of Coogee Beach and Bowral to date, and we’re excited to bring this to another beautiful destination to deliver something truly unique for the region.”

Èliva Blue Mountains is now open Monday to Thursday 10am – 5pm and Friday – Sunday 9am – 6pm. Bookings can be made via phone on (02) 4780 1200 or email at [email protected].
