To celebrate Sydney’s winter and truffle season, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is marking the occasion with a limited-edition indulgence: The Grand Afternoon Tea. Available through to Wednesday, 30 September 2026, the nine-piece menu showcases an array of sweet and savoury creations laced with fine ingredients, including shaved truffle, premium caviar, and the hotel’s refined take on a lobster tower, as well as vanilla & truffle scones served with whipped honey, peach and French Earl Grey jam and double cream.
Designed by Head Pastry Chef Jessica Timpano, the menu elevates the traditional ritual of afternoon tea into a decadent event. Her creations balance rich luxury with signature Fullerton elegance, transitioning seamlessly from a delicate Truffle Mille Feuille to a savoury Truffled Egg Charcoal Brioche.
