Guests can indulge in an impressive seafood-on-ice selection featuring chilled tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels, sea whelks, scallops with roe, flower clams and Spanish black mussels, alongside freshly shucked oysters, snow crab legs and baby lobsters during dinner. Rotating buffet highlights include Singapore Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Slipper Lobster, Salted Egg Yolk Prawns, Lobster Thermidor, Seafood Paella, Garlic Butter Prawns and Pan-seared Salmon with Crustacean Cream, complemented by live stations serving chef’s choices of GCW Signature Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Thai Boat Noodles and Seafood Pasta, as well as hearty roasts from the carving station.
