Set within the historic surrounds of Fort Canning Park at Canning Bar & Lounge, the experience reimagines the classic Sunday roast with a contemporary spread featuring a live carving station, raw seafood bar and indulgent dessert selection. Returning for two special National Day editions on 1 and 8 August, METT’s signature Riviera Champagne Brunch takes on a distinctly Singaporean twist through an exclusive collection of desserts inspired by nostalgic local flavours. Celebrate Singapore’s birthday with a Riviera-inspired brunch featuring Mediterranean favourites, an abundant seafood market and free-flow Champagne, alongside a specially curated National Day dessert collection including Milo Tiramisu, Pandan Crème Brûlée, Ondeh Ondeh Cake and Gula Melaka Burnt Cheesecake.
