This year, the collection takes on added significance as the legendary riverside hotel marks its 150th anniversary, with commemorative packaging inspired by its rich heritage and enduring legacy along the Chao Phraya River.
Leading the collection is the new Caramelised Pecan Nuts with Chiang Mai Coffee Mooncake, created exclusively for this milestone year. Inspired by the mist-covered mountains of Mae Kampong, the mooncake features locally grown Arabica coffee sourced from one of Northern Thailand’s most celebrated coffee-growing communities.
Sustainably grown beneath the forest canopy in a cool highland environment, the coffee develops a distinctive aroma and gentle character shaped by its natural surroundings. Paired with caramelised pecan nuts, it brings subtle roasted notes and balanced sweetness to a mooncake that offers a fresh interpretation of a Mid-Autumn classic.
The collection is complemented by three enduring classics: Custard, Salted White Lotus Seed with Egg Yolk, and Durian with Egg Yolk.
