Stage and Screen, the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) specialist travel management company dedicated to the entertainment, sports, and live events industries, has announced a series of significant appointments and promotions as it heads into FY27 with clear momentum and ambition.
The moves follow the recent promotion of Wonitta Atkin to General Manager and reflect a deliberate strategy to strengthen senior leadership, deepen specialist capability, and create genuine career pathways for the company’s people.
“These appointments demonstrate our commitment to Brightness of Future – Flight Centre’s philosophy of developing our people and creating clear pathways for career progression,” said Atkins.
“We’re investing in leadership development, strengthening our specialist capability, and creating real opportunities for our team to grow and lead. That’s how you build a sustainable, high-performing brand.”
At the senior leadership level, Matthew Leddin has expanded his remit from Head of Account Management to the newly defined role of Head of Operations and Account Management, taking on the operational responsibilities previously held by Atkins in her former role.
Joining the senior leadership team alongside Leddin is Aadil Omar, appointed as Finance Business Partner, bringing financial expertise and strategic rigour to support the business’s continued growth.

Hitting the right note with a music industry powerhouse
Stage and Screen’s key external appointment comes in the form of Melanie Kennedy, who joins as Senior Business Development Manager, reporting to Head of Sales, Sasha Sherman.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience across the entertainment and creative industries, Kennedy has worked through the shifts in the industry, and possesses deep expertise in the music and touring sectors – a key growth area for the business.
She is particularly passionate about finding innovative travel solutions for organisations within the music and touring industry, leveraging her strong track record of driving commercial growth and building long-lasting relationships across the entertainment landscape.
Rounding out a stellar cast
The majority of new appointments have been drawn from within the broader FCTG family of brands, a reflection of the group’s deep pool of specialist talent. Among them, Janine Davis brings her experience from Corporate Traveller to a new role as Account Manager with Stage & Screen.
Further internal growth is reflected in several notable promotions. Christie Mitchell has stepped up from Account Manager to Team Leader, Account Management, while Lohnet Barton has been promoted to Team Leader, Credit Control. Siobhan Baker has also joined the team as Travel Content & Supply Coordinator.
Rounding out the announcements, Stage and Screen has strengthened its regional presence with the appointment of Anita Nguyen as Village Leader for Victoria and Nathan Segal as Village Leader for NSW and Queensland, ensuring clients across key markets continue to receive the specialist, localised support the brand is known for.
Atkins said the collective impact of these appointments positions Stage and Screen strongly for the year ahead.
“We’re charging into FY27 with a stronger, more capable team than ever before. While others in our industry are navigating challenging times, we’re investing and growing. From strengthened senior leadership to expanded regional teams, we’re building the infrastructure to deliver excellence across every market – and our clients are going to feel the difference.”
