Central Auckland apartment hotel, The Chancellor on Hobson, has completed a full soft refurbishment of all 65 guest rooms, delivering modernised contemporary accommodation in one of the city’s best-located properties.

The refurbishment, which began in late 2025, has touched every guest room in the property. Rooms have received a revamp which includes new flooring, beds, furniture, smart TVs, curtains, mirrors, artwork, and a fresh coat of paint throughout.
