Australia’s biggest corporate travel festival is back, bigger, bolder and apparently determined to need an even larger coffee budget.
Registrations have officially opened for FACTS 2026, with organisers unveiling ambitious plans for what is expected to become the Southern Hemisphere’s largest gathering of corporate travel, aviation, business events, payments and travel technology professionals.
Returning to Sydney’s International Convention Centre on 25-26 November 2026, the Festival of Aviation & Corporate Travel Summits (FACTS) enters its third year with organisers forecasting record attendance, expanded exhibition space and the most comprehensive program in the event’s history.
If the business travel sector has been searching for its annual family reunion, complete with deal-making, networking and the occasional spirited debate over distribution costs, FACTS appears to have firmly claimed the title.
The event has rapidly cemented its position as Australia’s largest corporate travel conference and expo, bringing together thousands of buyers, suppliers and industry leaders for two intensive days of education, networking and commercial engagement.
This year, organisers are wasting no time encouraging delegates to lock in attendance, releasing Ultra Earlybird Delegate Passes priced at $995 plus GST — representing savings of more than $500 compared with the standard full registration rate.
The discounted passes are available until Friday, 17 July 2026.
Travel industry suppliers across airlines, accommodation, car rental, travel management companies, payments, technology, destinations and venues are expected to take advantage of the offer as competition for business travel market share intensifies.
In another significant move, FACTS has reopened applications for its Qualified Buyer Program, designed specifically for corporate travel and business events decision-makers.
The initiative aims to ensure the event continues to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes rather than simply becoming another industry gathering where everyone swaps business cards and promises to “catch up soon”.

Festival Director Derek Sadubin believes that convergence is precisely why FACTS continues to grow.

As managed travel continues to evolve amid economic pressures, technological disruption and shifting traveller expectations, events such as FACTS are becoming increasingly important forums for collaboration and innovation.
