THE LANGHAM, MELBOURNE PRESENTS ‘FROM VINEYARD TO CITY’: AN EXCLUSIVE WINE DINNER WITH PT. LEO ESTATE
The Langham, Melbourne invites guests to experience an extraordinary evening of fine food and exceptional wine with a very special event, “From Vineyard to City: A Pt. Leo Estate Wine Dinner”, taking place on Thursday 16 July in the hotel’s elegant Alto Room.
Bringing together one of Melbourne’s most iconic luxury hotels and one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most celebrated wine estates, the exclusive event will showcase the artistry of Pt. Leo Estate through a thoughtfully curated five-course menu paired with premium wines from the Estate’s acclaimed collection.
Special guest Amy Oliver, Beverage Director at Pt. Leo Estate, will join the evening to share insights into the Estate’s winemaking philosophy, celebrated vineyard and sculpture park, and the stories behind each of the wines featured throughout the dinner.
The bespoke menu has been designed to complement a range of Pt. Leo Estate wines, highlighting the character and complexity of the Estate’s cool-climate varietals. Guests will enjoy a progression of dishes including lightly smoked ham and parsley terrine paired with 2025 Pt. Leo Estate Pinot Gris, braised monkfish matched with 2018 Reserve Chardonnay, roasted quail accompanied by 2023 Grampians Shiraz, a Yarra Valley goat’s cheese course paired with 2024 Reserve Pinot Noir, and a dessert featuring poached pear in 2019 Pt. Leo Estate Méthode Traditionelle.
