Specialist small-ship cruising company Unforgettable Croatia has unveiled two new themed cruises as part of its recently launched 2027 program.
A local heritage itinerary and a food and wine-focused sailing are now on offer, with four departures in total.
The seven-night ‘Croatia Heritage Cruise’ will depart on May 1 and October 9, 2027, onboard the 36-guest MV Bellissima, priced from A$4204 per person. Sailing between Šibenik and Dubrovnik, the itinerary has been designed to showcase the country’s rich cultural identity. Highlights include:
- A guided visit to the UNESCO-listed Šibenik Cathedral, complete with insight into Dalmatian stone masonry traditions.
- An opportunity to explore the rural hinterland surrounding Krka National Park, with a visit to a traditional olive mill for tasting.
- A military tour of Cold War tunnels on Vis, learning about its isolation during the Yugoslav era.
- The opportunity to enjoy an authentic ‘peka’ dinner in Korčula – a slow-cooked dish of meat or seafood and vegetables prepared under a bell-shaped lid.
- A visit to the historic salt pans of Ston, known as the “white gold” of the Dubrovnik Republic, alongside an oyster tasting experience.
- A visit to the Konavle Valley, where guests will take part in a silk presentation.
A seven-night ‘Food and Wine Cruise’ will sail on May 8 and October 9, 2027, onboard the 36-guest MV Adris, priced from A$3717. Sailing from Dubrovnik to Split, highlights include:
- A food-focused walking tour in Dubrovnik, showcasing local specialities including olive oils, cured meats and traditional sweets.
- A private oyster tasting experience in Mali Ston.
- A traditional peka dinner in the village of Žrnovo, offering an authentic taste of Dalmatian cuisine.
- A winery visit in Hvar, providing insight into local grape varieties and production techniques.
- A tasting of indigenous Vugava wines on Vis, set within historic military tunnels.
- A visit to a family-run olive oil estate in Omiš.

The 2027 season will feature 131 sailings across six ships, operating from May to October.
All Unforgettable Croatia itineraries include luxury airport transfers, daily breakfast, three-course lunches and select dinners, as well as guided tours and experiences. Guests also enjoy daily swim stops, complimentary use of onboard water sports equipment, the services of a professional cruise director and expert-led talks throughout the voyage.
