Driven by the French Open, Paris’ hotel industry posted its highest average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) for any May on record, according to preliminary data from CoStar, a global leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the property markets.

May 2026 (year-over-year % change):

  • Occupancy: 81.5% (+0.9%)
  • ADR: EUR401.43 (+3.6%)
  • RevPAR: EUR326.97 (+4.6%)

The tennis major pushed Paris occupancy to a high of 93.4% on Saturday, 23 May. That same night, ADR and RevPAR came in at EUR464.09 and EUR433.32, respectively.

ADR (EUR485.90) reached a high on Sunday, 31 May, with occupancy at 82.5% and RevPAR at EUR400.82.

RevPAR (EUR441.97) peaked the night of Saturday, 30 May on occupancy of 91.8% and ADR of EUR481.48.

Paris’ room rates remained above the EUR400 mark on all but one night of the tournament.
