IGNIV Bangkok, the one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant by Andreas Caminada, invites guests to gather for another edition of IGNIV Party on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Designed as an evening of exceptional food, creative drinks, and lively company, the one-night event brings together leading culinary and bar talents from across Bangkok for a relaxed and convivial celebration of hospitality.
For this edition, IGNIV Bangkok welcomes Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, (one-MICHELIN-starred) represented by Chef Gerard Villaret, who will join IGNIV’s culinary team to present a selection of signature bites created exclusively for the occasion.
The beverage experience will equally reflect the spirit of sharing and discovery, featuring guest appearances from some of Bangkok’s most distinctive bars, including Fatboy Bar, which will showcase its playful approach to modern Japanese-inspired cocktails. Signature serves by Barman Stephan, Joe, and Palm, exemplify the bar’s strong sense of fun and flair for storytelling through cocktails.
Joining the lineup is Davide Sambo, Tea Bar Manager of Avantcha Tea & Cocktail Bar Bangkok, known for his innovative approach to tea-based beverages that blend traditional tea craftsmanship with contemporary cocktail culture. During the event, guests can discover how premium teas can be transformed into sophisticated and unexpected drinking experiences.
Representing the home team, Nongyao “Yu” Phutsorn of IGNIV Bar will present a selection of cocktails that reflect the bar’s approachable yet refined philosophy. Introduced as a natural extension of the IGNIV experience, IGNIV Bar transforms the restaurant’s welcoming kitchen counter into a social destination where guests can gather before dinner, linger after a meal, or simply enjoy a drink with friends.
Throughout the evening, guests will move freely between food and bar stations, enjoying a progression of dishes and drinks while mingling with chefs, bartenders, and fellow enthusiasts. The event captures the essence of IGNIV, where fine dining meets informality, encouraging connection, conversation, and memorable experiences shared around the table.
IGNIV Party will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 8:00 PM onwards at IGNIV Bangkok, The St. Regis Bangkok, priced at THB 2,500 net per person, inclusive of free-flow cocktails and signature bites from the curated IGNIV Party menu.
