At The Rome EDITION, spring unfolds through a new renewed focus on contemporary Italian lifestyle – where gastronomy, wellness and community intersect under one roof.

At the centre of this seasonal offering is Anima’s new spring menu, a refined expression of Chef Antonio Gentile’s culinary vision, celebrating the gastronomic dialogue between Rome and Naples. Built around exceptional seasonal ingredients sourced from Lazio and Campania, the menu balances regional tradition with contemporary flair, from the six-course 227km tasting journey – symbolically linking the two cities – to standout dishes such as Gaeta saffron spaghetti, Ciociara-style tortelli, and the striking Spaghett’Oro EDITION finished with a 23-carat gold leaf. Across the menu, spring produce, bold southern flavours and elevated Italian craftsmanship define a dining experience that is both rooted in heritage and distinctly modern.

This culinary launch arrives alongside The Rome EDITION’s new wellness programme, with a curated calendar of yoga, Pilates and beauty-led experiences at the hotel’s penthouse – open to both guests and the wider public. This initiative reflects an increasingly holistic vision of well-being, and comes to life through a curated calendar of exclusive events designed to foster connection, renewal, and mindfulness in one of the city’s most evocative settings.

The program launched in May and continues throughout the year – from yoga classes led by Kim Navarra to masterclasses by Caudalie –  offers an immersive and holistic journey that combines movement, skincare, and mindfulness -.
