Just one year after opening its doors, Mondrian Gold Coast has been recognised by the Queensland Hotels Association (QHA), taking home two major honours at the 2026 QHA Awards for Excellence.
Announced at the industry’s premier annual awards ceremony in Brisbane on 1 June, Mondrian Gold Coast was awarded Best Meeting & Events Venue and Keno Outstanding Community Service & Achievement – Accommodation Division, recognising the property’s contribution to both Queensland’s hospitality sector and the local Gold Coast community.
The accolades mark a significant milestone for Australia’s first Mondrian hotel and Ennismore’s first Australian property, which opened in Burleigh Heads in June 2025.
Over the past 12 months, Mondrian Gold Coast has established itself as one of the region’s leading lifestyle destinations, combining design-led accommodation with a dynamic calendar of culinary, wellness, cultural and community programming.
