Qatar Airways is expanding its collaboration with one of the world’s most influential contemporary mixologists, Lorenzo Antinori, launching a new curated mocktail collection from 1 June across Australia and New Zealand services travelling to or via Doha.
The expanded non-alcoholic offering builds on the airline’s recently-launched signature cocktail program by Lorenzo, further elevating Qatar Airways’ award-winning onboard dining and premium experience with a sophisticated selection designed for travellers seeking alcohol-free alternatives.

The new mocktail collection features five distinctive creations, offering a refined in-flight experience:
-
Sunrise Punch – a bright blend of mango and citrus topped with ginger ale
-
Oriental Fizz – tropical mango and apple paired with sparkling refreshment
-
White Blossom – crisp apple and tonic with a clean herbal finish
-
Virgin Bloody Mary – a savoury classic with depth and balance
-
Pineapple Margarita – tangy pineapple and citrus with a lightly sparkling finish
The mocktail menu compliments Lorenzo Antinori’s signature cocktail collection, currently available across First Class, Business Class and the A380 in-flight lounge on flights departing Australia and New Zealand.
As one of the most recognisable names in the global drinks industry, Lorenzo has worked at iconic venues including The Savoy in London and Charles H. in Seoul, alongside his own venue, Bar Leone in Hong Kong, recently named The World’s Best Bar in 2025. Known for blending storytelling with contemporary techniques, Lorenzo has played a key role in shaping Asia’s modern cocktail culture.
The expanded beverage program reflects Qatar Airways’ continued investment in premium onboard hospitality and its commitment to collaborating with world-leading culinary and beverage talent. The launch also builds on the airline’s local premium menu collaboration with acclaimed Australian chef Ross Lusted and recognition at the Business Traveller Cellars in the Sky Awards.
