Set against the Singapore River, Michelin-trained Chef Elson Lee presents a refined new Omakase concept available daily for lunch and dinner. Guests may choose between 7-course and 8-course journeys featuring kombu-aged sashimi, foie gras sushi, chilled shiso somen, Hokkaido Kegani Crab chawanmushi and expertly crafted nigiri paired with house-blended Niigata rice.

Flavours of Malaysia buffet at Food Capital features a vibrant 10-hands buffet collaboration presented with Tourism Malaysia and the Malaysian High Commission in Singapore, bringing together five guest chefs from Johor, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Sabah and Sarawak for a regional culinary showcase rarely experienced outside Malaysia. Highlights include heritage recipes, live stations and lesser-seen regional specialties shaped by personal and festive traditions. Please note the buffet is Halal-verified by MUIS.

The experience also features a curated tea pairing in collaboration with Pryce Tea and The Lobby Lounge’s signature unlimited scone trolley.

26–27 June 2026 | SanSara
Siam & Spice is a two-night only six-hands collaboration bringing together SanSara’s Master Chef Pannalal Nath with guest chefs from Michelin-starred Bangkok restaurant Saneh Jaan, Head Chef Pilaiporn Kamnag (Chef Toi) and Thai Pastry Chef Piyachart Puttawong (Chef Boy)
The experience explores the harmony between Thai and North Indian cuisines through dishes such as Duck Red Curry Vindaloo, Tiger Prawns with Thai herbal dressing and Ginseng Littleneck Clams Yakhni.
