Lisboeta Macau as Macao’s first pet-friendly leisure destination remains committed to advance animal welfare, organize the volunteer team to visit the Dog Houses of the Everyone Stray Dogs Macau Voulunteer Group in collaboration with Regency Art Hotel, to learn more about animal welfare practices, aims to strengthen awareness of responsible pet care while promoting the positive messages of “Adopt, Don’t Abandon” and “Pet-friendly Inclusion”.
Guided by the Everyone Stray Dogs Macau Volunteer Group, the volunteer team members tour the dog houses to observe the animals’ living environment and gain a deeper understanding of daily operations, including rescue work, health care, behavior training, and adoption promotion. Team members donate pet diapers to support the daily operations, and engage closely with the dogs during the visit, experiencing the patience and attentiveness that animal care requires. Inspired by the animals’ warmth and affection, the visitation deepens their awareness of animal welfare and reinforces their sense of responsibility.
