After a decade navigating the ever-shifting currents of hotel branding and guest experience, Fraser Marketing International has chosen a rather opportune moment to sharpen its focus. With artificial intelligence no longer a distant disruptor but a daily reality for operators, the launch of My AI Whisperer arrives as both a steadying hand and a commercial compass. In an industry built on human connection yet increasingly shaped by machine intelligence, the real question is no longer whether to adopt AI but how to do so without losing one’s soul in the process.

Q: Fraser Marketing International recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Why launch My AI Whisperer now?

A: After a decade working across hotel branding, marketing and guest experience, launching My AI Whisperer felt like a natural evolution. AI is now impacting every aspect of hospitality, and there’s a real need for practical guidance around how hotels can integrate it meaningfully into their operations.

Q: What exactly is My AI Whisperer?

A: It’s a hospitality-focused AI strategy and advisory business designed to help hotels and tourism operators understand, implement and integrate AI in a commercially valuable way. The goal is not to replace existing strategies, but to enhance them.

Q: What problems are hotel operators facing with AI adoption?

A: Most businesses are overwhelmed by the speed of change and the sheer number of AI platforms entering the market. It’s less about mistrust and more about a lack of clarity and confidence. My role is to help operators cut through the noise and make smarter decisions.

Q: How do you ensure AI doesn’t compromise hospitality’s human element?

A: Hospitality will always be a people business. I always say, “AI should be invisible to the guest yet invaluable to the operation.” The challenge is integrating AI without losing brand personality, guest trust or genuine human connection.

Q: What services does the business provide?

A: Services range from AI strategy workshops and tech-stack audits through to leadership advisory, marketing integration and commercial alignment. It’s important that AI systems work together within a single ecosystem rather than operate in silos.

Q: What will separate successful hotel operators from the rest?

A: It won’t necessarily be the companies with the most AI tools. The winners will be those who integrate AI intelligently, solve real operational problems and remain deeply connected to the guest experience.
