IGNIV Bangkok (1 Michelin star) presents a special four-hands collaboration, bringing together two members of the IGNIV family for an exclusive culinary exchange. On Saturday, May 16, 2026, Joël Ellenberger, Head Chef of IGNIV Bad Ragaz (2 Michelin stars), will be welcomed into the kitchen of Arne Riehn, Head Chef of IGNIV Bangkok. Presented over both lunch and dinner, the experience celebrates IGNIV’s signature sharing-style dining philosophy, where dishes are created to be enjoyed together at the table in a convivial and refined setting.
The 18-dish menu brings together signature dishes from IGNIV Bangkok and IGNIV Bad Ragaz with distinctive cooking techniques from both kitchens, and the respective chefs’ personal favorites. Guests may discover dishes such as Beignet–Vacherin–BBQ and Tuna–Guacachile–Kohlrabi from IGNIV Bad Ragaz alongside IGNIV Bangkok creations including Jalapeño–Mustard–Whey and Beef Tartare–Mushroom. The result is a menu that bridges terroirs, highlighting the individual styles of each destination while remaining rooted in the IGNIV sharing concept.
German-born Head Chef Arne Riehn leads IGNIV Bangkok with an expressive culinary approach shaped by his dual training as both chef and confectioner, drawing inspiration from Southeast Asia, local producers, and seasonal ingredients. Sharing a similar passion for quality ingredients and convivial dining, Swiss Head Chef Joël Ellenberger of IGNIV Bad Ragaz brings experience from some of Switzerland’s most renowned establishments, including Schloss Schauenstein (3 Michelin stars).
The “4-Hands IGNIV Bangkok x IGNIV Bad Ragaz” experience will be available for one day only on May 16, 2026, for lunch from 11:00 AM onwards and dinner from 6:00 PM onwards, priced at THB 5,500++ per person.
