Nausika Group is now a solid Italian business operating in the sectors of nautical services, marina & storage management, rental services, boat sales, and high-end hospitality, with a well-established presence between Lake Como and the Costa Smeralda.

The Group’s origins date back to 1971, with the founding of Centro Nautico Alto Lario, which has evolved into the current business structure that today celebrates 55 years of history. Over the decades, the vision of the Giardelli family has led to the development of a modern marina that has taken on the character of a yacht club with increasingly specialized services, transforming Colico into one of the main nautical hubs of Upper Lake Como and making it the most well-equipped on the lake.

Today, the Group operates through three main strategic assets: the marina and nautical services of Nausika Lake Como (where lake experiences are also developed through boat rental services and tours), and Nausika Costa Smeralda, alongside the hospitality offering of Lago Dorato Marina Lodge, Villas & Apartments, exclusively located on Lake Como.

NAUSIKA LAKE COMO

The heart of Nausika Group’s operations is in Colico, where the Group manages Nausika Lake Como, a historic yacht club in the Upper Lake area and today one of the leading marinas for boating in Northern Italy. The facility, completely renovated in 2025, features two harbors with floating finger piers and 200 berths for boats up to 18 meters.

It offers comprehensive services for boat owners and recreational users throughout the year, covering both the summer and winter seasons. Marina services include mooring, storage, routine and extraordinary maintenance, technical boat management, and personalized assistance, extending to rental services, boat tours, and the sale of new and pre-owned boats.

Over the years, the Group has also developed a rich offering dedicated to nautical tourism. This led to the creation of Boat Tour and Boat Rental services – a range of tailor-made experiences that reflect the beauty of the surrounding area and allow guests to experience Lake Como from a truly privileged perspective.

LAGO DORATO – MARINA LODGE, VILLAS & APARTMENTS

A marina that embodies a hospitality concept featuring a panoramic swimming pool, meticulously curated nautical services for boaters, a Food & Beverage offering with the Itaka Lakeside bistro, and accommodation options including designer suites and exclusive apartments: Lago Dorato – Marina Lodge, Villas & Apartments. Lago Dorato offers an unforgettable stay overlooking the marina, the lake waters, and the surrounding mountains, with a range of different solutions:

  • Marina Lodge (Colico): a hospitality property inaugurated in 2025 within the yacht club, designed for both leisure and business guests. It features 10 lodges and suites of varying sizes, offering guests privileged access to the marina’s facilities.
  • Lago Dorato Apartments (Colico): newly built designer apartments, bright and thoughtfully designed for refined hospitality, equipped with every comfort.
  • The Villas: completing the offering are three stunning villas (including both historic residences and new builds) located in panoramic and strategic positions in Cremia, Olgiasca, and in the center of Colico.

NAUSIKA COSTA SMERALDA

The Group extends its operational excellence to Sardinia with a nautical hub in Olbia, bringing together two of the most prestigious destinations in the Mediterranean.

Nausika Costa Smeralda represents a technologically advanced and highly specialized nautical center, an essential point of reference for boat owners navigating these stunning waters. Located in a prime position just 10 minutes from the international airport and the marina of Olbia, the facility offers modern infrastructure for indoor storage and maintenance of vessels up to 30 meters and 110 tons.

The core business of the Sardinian branch is comprehensive yacht management: from collection at the mooring port and transfer to storage, to routine and extraordinary maintenance, all the way through to delivery back into the water. This is complemented by an extensive summer assistance service, ensured by qualified technicians and a mobile workshop ready to operate directly in port. The facility can accommodate boats up to 30 meters and 110 tons in indoor storage, offering a full range of nautical services within a shipyard equipped with the most advanced technologies.
