Virgin Voyages will bring all four of its Lady Ships together at sea for the first time on Feb. 16, 2027, creating the largest single celebration event ever held on the open ocean.
Named “Sisters at Sea,” the milestone event will see Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady and Brilliant Lady converge at a single coordinate in the Caribbean – approximately 38 nautical miles north of Nuevitas, Cuba – with more than 15,000 Sailors and Crew on board and not a kid in sight.
This marks the first time a cruise line has brought its entire fleet together at one location simultaneously.
“When we launched Scarlet Lady, we had a vision, and that vision was always four ships but one community,” said Virgin founder Sir Richard Branson. “This fleetwide meet-up is that dream made real. It belongs to every Sailor who believed in us before they had a reason to.”

Strong Wave Performance Signals Demand for Experience-Led Travel
The announcement follows Virgin Voyages’ strongest Wave season to date, with bookings exceeding targets across key metrics including revenue, booking velocity and forward demand.
The performance reflects continued momentum in premium, experience-led travel, where consumers are prioritizing high-value, differentiated holidays.
“We’re seeing a clear shift in how premium travellers are spending,” said Nathan Rosenberg, Chief Marketing Officer. “They’re choosing experiences that feel meaningful and distinct, and they’re booking earlier to secure them. This is one of those moments travellers don’t want to miss.”
A Defined Commercial Opportunity for Advisors
Positioned at the center of that demand, Sisters at Sea is designed as a high-impact booking moment for 2027.
With a fixed date, limited inventory across four ships, and a one-time-only fleet gathering, the sailing offers travel agents a clear, time-bound selling opportunity without reliance on discounting.
“There are voyages, and then there are unforgettable moments,” Rosenberg added. “This is something that can’t be replicated. For travel agents, that creates urgency and a strong reason for clients to commit early. And with our No NCFs, generous commissions and flexible policies, this is a no-brainer.”
Four Sailings, One Shared Experience
The fleet gathering will anchor a series of Caribbean itineraries across all four ships:
- Sisters at Sea: Scarlet Lady — 5 nights from Miami, Feb. 15–20, 2027. A quick-hit Bahamas escape with time in Grand Bahama Island and a day at Virgin Voyages’ exclusive Beach Club at Bimini.
- Sisters at Sea: Valiant Lady — 7 nights from San Juan, Feb. 13–20, 2027. Untouched Cabo Rojo on the Dominican Republic’s southwestern coast, the vibrant shores of Samaná, and the turquoise flats of Grand Turk.
- Sisters at Sea: Resilient Lady — 7 nights from Miami, Feb. 14–21, 2027. Sun-drenched days in Progreso, the gateway to Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula, paired with stops in Grand Bahama Island and Virgin Voyages’ Beach Club at Bimini.
- Sisters at Sea: Brilliant Lady — 10 nights from Miami, Feb. 8–18, 2027.
An island-hopping journey through the Eastern Caribbean, with calls in St. Maarten, Tortola, St. Croix, San Juan, and Puerto Plata. More islands, more sea days, more everything.
Each voyage is designed to culminate in the February 16 rendezvous, with synchronised programming across all four ships, including live entertainment and a shared onboard celebration.
Voyage Programming Designed to Drive Demand
Across all four ships, Sisters at Sea will feature enhanced, voyage-wide programming designed to create a differentiated, one-time-only experience.
This includes headline musical talent, special Happenings activations, a new loyalty designation, extra Sailing Club perks and a commemorative Sisters at Sea band. Sailors will also be connected across all four ships through synchronized moments and cross-ship experiences. Additionally, there are plans for an exclusive onboard announcement about the brand’s future, revealed first to those on the Sisters at Sea voyages.
Virgin Voyages will maintain premium pricing across all four ships, with the experience positioned as the primary value driver.
A Milestone Moment for the Brand — and Its Trade Partners
Sisters at Sea underscores Virgin Voyages’ continued growth and reinforces its focus on delivering differentiated experiences that drive both demand and repeat Sailor engagement. More than anything, however, it’s a recognition moment for First Mates and loyal Sailors who have supported Virgin Voyages since the brand’s launch.
