Intrepid Travel has appointed a new Key Partnerships Manager for Western Australia and Northern Territory strengthening its investment in supporting industry advisors.
Perth‑based Nicole Chapman joins Intrepid with more than 28 years’ sales experience in the travel industry, having held senior roles with Qantas Holidays, Travel & Sports Australia and BKB Holidays. She also recently completed four years serving on the board of Women in Tourism & Hospitality WA.
In her role, Chapman will support travel advisors across WA and NT, working closely with partners to deliver local trade marketing activity, strengthen relationships and support long‑term growth across the market.
The appointment follows Intrepid Travel’s strongest financial year on record in 2025, driven by double‑digit growth, a record Cyber Sale period in November, and continued strong engagement across the trade channel.
Megan Lowe, Intrepid Travel Head of Partnership ANZ, said the appointment reflects increased investment and capability being built locally. “We’re delighted to welcome Nicole to the team. Her depth of industry experience and enthusiasm for immersive, meaningful travel make her a strong fit for our partnerships team. WA and NT are home to some of Intrepid’s most popular domestic destinations, and we’re confident Nicole’s role will help further strengthen our relationships with travel advisors and partners across both regions.”
About her appointment, Nicole Chapman, Key Partnerships Manager said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Intrepid at a pivotal time as the company continues to grow its domestic market. I’m incredibly passionate about our industry and I’ve been fortunate to build my career with amazing Australian‑owned companies. To now continue that journey with Intrepid honestly has me over the moon. I’m looking forward to meeting our industry advisors and partners in the coming months and supporting them to deliver Intrepid’s long-term growth goals for the region.”
