Vietjet has been honoured with three prestigious international awards at the 2026 World HRD Congress & Awards in Mumbai, India, further strengthening its position as a people-focused airline.
The carrier received the prestigious “Global Best Place to Work in 2026,” “Diversity Impact Award,” and “Global Best Employer Brand” accolades, recognising its commitment to talent development, diversity, and sustainable growth.
For the first time, the World HRD Congress named Vietjet as a “Global Best Place to Work” and presented the airline with the “Diversity Impact Award,” highlighting its strong progress in building an inclusive corporate culture aligned with international standards.
The awards underscore Vietjet’s commitment to placing people at the centre of its ESG strategy and long-term growth. The airline now employs more than 9,000 staff, including over 1,000 international employees from 68 countries and territories.
