Vietjet Thailand has launched its new “K-ETA Refund & Credit Shell” service, offering passengers flying to South Korea the option to receive a refund or retain the ticket value as a Credit Shell if their Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) application is not approved. The service is designed to reduce uncertainty at the planning stage and provide greater confidence and flexibility for international travelers. Available on the Bangkok (BKK) – Incheon (ICN) route, the service applies to passengers who purchase tickets directly with Vietjet Thailand for travel between 1 February 2026 and 24 October 2026. Passengers must submit documentary evidence of the K-ETA rejection at least seven days prior to the scheduled departure date.
