In a year when Australians are sharpening their pencils before booking anything with wings or wheels, ALDI Holidays has done what it does best: cut through the noise and put a firm price on good holidays.
From 1 to 28 February 2026, the retailer’s travel arm is rolling out a tightly curated slate of holiday packages that lean hard into value, generous inclusions and no-nonsense transparency. It’s a very ALDI approach to travel and one that continues to resonate with Australians who prefer their holidays well-priced and well-planned.
The headline act is a sun-splashed escape to the Maldives, with five nights at Ifuru Island Resort from $2,999 per person, representing savings of up to $5,000. Travel runs from April through December 2026 and includes return economy flights with checked luggage, all-inclusive dining and drinks, daily mini-bar replenishment and green taxes.
There’s also a touch of indulgence baked in: a 50-minute couples massage at Xanadu Spa, floating canapés and cocktails for two, plus complimentary non-motorised water sports. It’s the sort of package that lets travellers leave their wallets in the room safe and focus on doing very little, very well.
Closer to home and tailored for families, Warwick Le Lagon Vanuatu is priced from $1,699 per person and is valid from February to November 2026. Seven nights in a Lagoon View room (a guaranteed upgrade), daily breakfast, return transfers and a choice of local tours are bundled alongside AUD$500 in wine, dine and spa credit.
Add kids staying, playing, and eating free; late checkout to 3 pm; and complimentary resort activities, and the appeal becomes obvious. It’s a classic South Pacific escape that doesn’t ask parents to do mental arithmetic at every meal.
For travellers chasing something bigger and bolder, ALDI Holidays is also offering an eight-day Shanghai and Hong Kong Disneyland tour from $2,499 per person. The itinerary runs from September 2026 to May 2027 and includes international and domestic flights, four-star accommodation, guided tours, and full-day admission to both Disneyland parks, with transport included.
In an era where “value” is too often an elastic term, ALDI Holidays’ 2026 line-up is refreshingly literal. The inclusions are clear, the pricing is sharp, and the destinations hit the sweet spots Australians continue to favour.
As Global Travel Media readers know, consistency matters in travel, and ALDI’s formula remains reassuringly familiar. Solid deals, sensible timing and holidays that look even better once you’ve unpacked.

About the Writer.
Bridget has never been built for stillness. Of Portuguese heritage, she began as a nurse, tending veterans at the Repatriation Hospital, listening to stories as colourful as the life she was yet to live. It was worthy, steady work, but wanderlust, as always, proved louder than routine.
So she traded starch for a backpack and disappeared for a year, chasing trains, sunsets and the occasional regrettable glass of wine. She wrote everything down: the dust, the laughter, the missteps, the magic. Those notebooks became a travel blog, then a habit, then a calling.
Eventually, she found Global Travel Media, or perhaps it found her.
Today, Bridget writes with heart, humour and a dash of mischief, still travelling, just now with words.
