Unforgettable Travel Company has expanded its global employee benefits scheme, including generous benefits for Unforgettable Croatia’s Australian team.

The updated 2026 program enhances support across wellbeing, family life, long-term loyalty and personal development, while reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to travel enrichment.

At the heart of the scheme remains the operator’s £1000 (approx. A$2000) annual ‘Travel Enrichment Fund’ for every employee, supporting first-hand exploration of destinations worldwide. This is complemented by discounted personal travel for staff and their families across more than 50 destinations, alongside regular educational trips designed to improve product knowledge.

The company has also introduced ‘pawternity’ leave, recognising pets as part of the family.
