This Valentine’s Day, Pan Pacific Melbourne is setting the scene for romance with an indulgent, one-night-only dining experience at Dock 37 Bar & Kitchen – we’d love to put it on your radar for any Valentine’s Day or romantic dining round-ups you may be working on.
From 5pm on 14 February, couples are invited to enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course set menu ($135pp) in Dock 37. The evening begins with oysters with finger lime and Champagne mignonette, alongside a beetroot macaron with whipped chèvre. Entrée and main selections feature decadent options such as seared scallop with caviar, braised wagyu agnolotti, Gippsland grass-fed beef tenderloin, or line-caught snapper with lobster bisque, complemented by generous sharing sides.

Adding a creative touch to the evening, a live illustrator will be seated in the restaurant, sketching couples as the night unfolds. Illustrations are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with guests who secure a spot receiving a beautifully bespoke illustration to take home.
To finish on a sweet note, couples will share a show-stopping Valrhona chocolate fondant with raspberry, rose cream and gold leaf, complemented by petit fours.
For those wishing to turn dinner into a truly memorable escape, guests can stay overnight at the award-winning five-star hotel, where floor-to-ceiling views of the city skyline and Yarra River meet refined comfort and standout service.
