Australian travel agents who have long believed that loyalty should be rewarded are being handed a rather handsome reason to keep faith with small-ship cruising this time with a distinctly Mediterranean flourish.

Luxury operator Unforgettable Croatia has unveiled a new year trade incentive that offers agents the chance to win a luxury holiday for two to Greece, reinforcing a traditional industry truth: sell well, and the rewards should be tangible.

Agents who book any Unforgettable Croatia cruise before 2 March 2026 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win an all-inclusive Greek escape with sister brand Unforgettable Travel. The prize includes return flights, accommodation, and curated touring across Athens, Crete and Santorini, a trifecta that needs little selling power of its own. The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by the Unforgettable Group’s newly established global partnerships team.

As if that were not incentive enough, the operator is also offering a bonus three per cent commission on all Unforgettable Croatia bookings made before the same March deadline, an old-fashioned commission sweetener that will resonate with agents navigating tightening margins.

The incentive coincides with Unforgettable Croatia’s most ambitious season to date. In 2026, the company will operate 145 guaranteed departures across eight itineraries, sailing between May and October on a fleet of eight boutique vessels. Each ship carries a maximum of 19 cabins, ensuring the intimacy that has become the brand’s calling card.

Among the standout additions is a new seven-night Opatija Hidden Gems itinerary, sailing aboard the 38-guest My Wish. With limited availability on the 27 June 2026 departure, the itinerary includes an optional guided tour of Split’s Diocletian Palace and Old Town, before a seamless transfer to Primosten to board the ship. Prices start from A$5,490 per person, twin share.

Most 2026 itineraries continue to sail between Split and Dubrovnik along the Dalmatian Coast, with a growing number of departures from Šibenik. Ports of call blend well-loved classics such as the medieval town of Trogir and glamorous Hvar with quieter gems, including Korčula, Vis, and the national parks of Mljet and Krka.

Co-founder Graham Carter said the incentive was designed to acknowledge the trade’s role in championing the small-ship experience.

“Our trade incentive is a thank you to agents for their dedication and support in growing awareness of our product, and encouraging more guests to discover the joy of small-ship cruising,” Carter said. “There is no better way to visit the iconic ports and hidden gems of Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast than on a small ship cruise it’s the most intimate, enriching and enjoyable style of cruising this beautiful part of the world.”

All Unforgettable Croatia sailings include seven nights aboard a luxury yacht, daily breakfast and three-course lunch, two onboard dinners, complimentary tea, coffee and water, daily swim stops, use of onboard water sports, Wi-Fi, expert-guided excursions, a professional cruise director, onboard lectures and private luxury transfers. Evenings are typically spent ashore, allowing guests to dine locally and experience Croatia’s coastal towns without the constraints of large-ship timetables.

For agents, it is a familiar and reassuring proposition: premium product, clear inclusions, strong commission and now, a very real chance to swap the Adriatic for the Aegean.
