Etraveli Group, a leading global flight technology provider, has acquired Wenrix, a market-leading Predictive and Agentic AI platform, that partners with over 60 of the world’s largest OTAs and Travel Management Companies, specializing in AI-driven solutions for price, flexibility, and post-booking servicing. The acquisition marks a strategic step in Etraveli Group’s long-term ambition to further strengthen and extend its B2B platform for selling flights, and to make more of its capabilities available to the broader travel ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Wenrix will continue to operate as a fully independent company within Etraveli Group.

Etraveli Group provides a globally leading tech platform for selling flights, connecting millions of flights and travelers across the globe. As complexity and volatility continue to increase across the air travel market, the company’s strategy is to invest in highly competitive and scalable, platform-based solutions that benefit partners across the industry, from search and booking to post-booking and servicing.

Mathias Hedlund, CEO of Etraveli Group said:
“Etraveli Group’s strategy is to continuously strengthen its leading platform for selling flights and ensure it benefits the wider air travel ecosystem. Wenrix is a strong strategic fit with this ambition, and through our existing collaboration we have come to know the team well. We are now looking forward to jointly addressing the challenges of air travel and creating competitive offerings. By combining our respective strengths, we can further enhance the value we deliver to partners across the global travel ecosystem, while building on existing partnerships and fostering new ones.”

Wenrix operates a Predictive and Agentic AI platform that helps OTAs and TMCs operate more efficiently and deliver a competitive edge across pricing, flexibility, and servicing. The platform serves a global customer base across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Wenrix has teams based in Tel Aviv, Barcelona, Berlin, New York, London, and Hong Kong.

Following the acquisition, Wenrix will continue to operate as a fully independent company within Etraveli Group, with the same strategy, leadership team, and product roadmap.

Amir Balaish, CEO and Co-Founder of Wenrix commented:
“Wenrix was built to address some of the hardest problems in flight selling. Joining Etraveli Group allows us to accelerate the scale of our platform while remaining fully committed to our customers. We will continue to advance our product roadmap to deliver market-leading solutions that strengthen agency operations and competitive advantage. We’ve known the Etraveli Group management team for some time and look forward to working together as part of their B2B organization.”

The acquisition reinforces Etraveli Group’s position as a leading B2B platform partner for the travel industry, working with peers across markets and regions to drive innovation, efficiency, and improved traveller experiences worldwide, serving travellers across 75 markets. Throughout the last decade Etraveli Group has grown with >20% CAGR and with partners like Booking.com and the pivot to offering a comprehensive, competitive and easily accessible B2B tech platform, the company has the ambition to significantly outperform the market growth going forward.

Under Etraveli Group’s B2B umbrella sits Tripstack, a B2B Flights-as-a-Service provider and world leader in virtual interlining.
