Australia’s favourite home-grown burger brand, Grill’d is set to open its latest drive-thru experience at Marriott Waters Shopping Centre in Lyndhurst, opening Saturday, 20 December 2025. The new restaurant marks Grill’d’s 177th venue nationally and the 56th restaurant in Victoria.
To celebrate the opening, the first 754 customers will receive a free burger – a nod to Grill’d’s first-ever restaurant at 754 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn.
In a double celebration, Relish loyalty program members can enjoy $10 burgers across the opening weekend, making it a big weekend for better-for-you fast food.
Simon Crowe, Founder and Managing Director at Grill’d, said Marriott Waters is a strategic location for the brand as it continues its national growth plan.
“Situated on old farmland originally owned by the Marriott family, the area has deep local roots, with the original homestead still standing nearby and what better place to serve healthy burgers made with premium locally sourced ingredients.”

Grill’d does drive-thru differently: giving customers a quick way to enjoy good food fast, with the same dine in experience the brand is known for.

Grill’d’s full menu will be available for customers to enjoy, with over 40 options made fresh to order using premium local ingredients by the restaurant team.
