If there is a reliable constant in the travel trade calendar, it is that the United States always shows up prepared. For 2026, it is doing so with renewed confidence, sharper focus and mercifully less fluff.

Registrations are now officially open for Visit USA Expo Week 2026, returning to Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney from 23–25 February 2026, and once again positioning itself as one of the industry’s most efficient and worthwhile networking events.

The expos will bring together nearly 60 US exhibitors, spanning iconic destinations, major hotel brands, experience providers and leading wholesalers. In short, the people who actually sell America, not just talk about it.

Following last year’s strong response, organisers have reinstated the all-marketplace format, a decision welcomed by agents who prefer conversations over keynote theatre. The approach allows attendees more time to engage directly with exhibitors, gather up-to-date insights on US travel trends and, crucially, build relationships that translate into bookings.

And yes, there will be prizes because even the most seasoned travel professional appreciates a good incentive after work.

Event Schedule

  • Brisbane: Monday, 23 February 2026 | 6:00 pm–8:30 pm

For those seeking year-round deeper engagement, visitusa.org.au remains the industry’s central hub for US travel intelligence. The site features news from nearly 150 member organisations, alongside brochures, webinars, online training tools and practical sales resources, everything required to stay current, credible and competitive.

Registrations and the complete exhibitor list are available at: https://visitusa.org.au/visit-usa-events/.

In a market where time is precious and credibility matters, Visit USA Expo Week continues to offer both without the hard sell.

About the Writer.
Sandra Jones - BIO PicSandra has spent much of her working life untangling the world for others, one itinerary, one dream, one frazzled traveller at a time. With years spent in some of Australia’s best-known travel agencies, she’s the calm voice on the line when flights go missing, luggage takes its own holiday, or someone decides to “see Europe properly” in nine days.
A qualified travel consultant with a knack for making sense of chaos, Sandra fine-tuned her skills through a specialised advisory course, the sort that teaches both knowledge and patience in equal measure. But the storyteller in her was never far away. A later foray into writing gave her the perfect excuse to blend that industry wisdom with her gift for words.
Now, through Global Travel Media, Sandra shares the small truths of travel, its frustrations, laughter, and quiet moments that make every journey worth the fuss.
