Stirred Travel has announced an expansion of its gastronomic holidays for 2026 with culinary weeks in Spain, Portugal, Italy and France. The luxury culinary escapes combine immersive cooking lessons from acclaimed chefs and cookery book authors with exceptional regional food and relaxed house-party hospitality. Ten weeks have been announced so far, with more to come, all hosted in luxury heritage properties in gastronomic regions of Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal.
Stirred has hosted culinary weeks with many notable chefs including José Pizarro, Pizarro restaurants; Neil Bothwick, The French House; Jeremy Lee, Quo Vadis; Jake Simpson, Bocca di Lupo and Henry Harris, Bouchon Racine. In 2026, the chefs, which are chosen to reflect the food of the region, will include the return of Neil Bothwick and Henry Harris in Provence in June and September respectively and Gioconda Scott in Andalusia in April, a professional chef and creative consultant, who recently co-hosted the Discovery Plus show Secrets of Spain.
Each culinary week offers a mix of hands-on cooking classes and shared meals with the chef, guided market trips, exclusive access to local producers and tables at the best local restaurants. Relaxed meals are taken al fresco with all dinners paired with carefully selected regional wines, chosen for interest as well as outstanding production.
The Stirred Travel 2026 calendar includes culinary adventures in four distinctive heritage properties across Europe with a new location to be introduced early next year:
Hacienda de San Rafael in Spain is a beautifully restored 18th century olive estate in the heart of the sherry region between the cities of Seville and Jerez de la Frontera. Close to the white villages of Andalusia, the house is surrounded by hectares of gardens with charming areas for al fresco dining and features a professionally appointed kitchen.

The property has integrated its Jesuit heritage with contemporary style including a designer kitchen, which links the inside to out. The estate has a strong commitment to sustainability and is home to black Iberian pigs, which feast on the acorns and sheep that graze on the land.

Villa Casagrande in Veneto, Italy is a grand 15th century villa facing the main piazza of Cison di Valmarino, with the foothills of the Dolomites in the distance.
