Lisboeta Macau continues to uphold its service core value “people-oriented” by enhancing the dining experience and integration inclusivity into the Company’s daily operations. Lisboeta Macau’s “Signature Noodles” honored the “Hear and Speech Disability Favorite Friendly Restaurant – In Hotel” award, and “Stanley’s Café”, and “BROWN & FRIENDS CAFE & BISTRO” honored the “Intellectual Disability Favorite Friendly Restaurant – In Hotel” award of the “Disability-Friendly Restaurant Recognition Program” organized by the Social Welfare Bureau, in collaboration with various government departments, associations and education institutions. The recognition highlights the continued efforts in guests’ service, seating arrangements and accessible dining experiences. Mr. Terence Chu, Vice President of Food and Beverage of Lisboeta Macau attended the ceremony and received the award.
The “Disability-Friendly Restaurant Recognition Program” focus on enhancing the dining experience for persons with disabilities. Restaurants are evaluated based on key standards such as friendly service, seating arrangements, ordering assistance and accessible facilities, with the aim to encourage local restaurants to provide more inclusive service and support, in order to build a more welcoming and accessible community by the votes from the persons with disabilities with the valid Disability Assessment Registration Card. The three recognized restaurants “Signature Noodles”, “Stanley’s Café” and “BROWN & FRIENDS CAFE & BISTRO” are consistently providing inclusive service throughout the daily operations, responding to the diverse dining needs of guests, and enhancing spacious walkways, adaptable seating, attentive staff support, and easy-to-use ordering systems to ensure a more comfortable and inclusive experience for guests.
“Signature Noodles” inspired by “Hong Kong Style Cart Noodles” in the 1960’s, the transparent noodles kitchen allows guests to enjoy the “making of” process of the noodles. Signature Noodle presents three nourishing autumn-winter clay pot dishes: the savory Pork Bone Pot, the healthy Chicken with Coconut Pot, and the hearty Braised Lamb Brisket with Bean Curd Sheet, bringing warmth and a homely atmosphere to the dining table.
“Stanley’s Café” bring back the Macao city memories in the 1960s and 1970s with neon lights, ceiling fans and booth seats, serves Bing Sutt Cuisine, including light snacks Canto-style noodles, rice and barbecued meat, Macao–style milk tea and coffee and Macanese-Portuguese cuisines. In welcoming the arrival of autumn, Stanley’s Café” presents three “Warm Mini Hot Pots”, include Seafood Tom Yum Soup, Tomato Soup, or the Spicy Soup, paired with American beef, Spanish Iberico pork, and handmade dace, squid, and shrimp balls, delivering a multi-layered tasted experience, invite guests to enjoy classic Macao cuisines to the fullest.
“BROWN & FRIENDS CAFE & BISTRO” is the first LINE FRIENDS-themed restaurant in Macau, imbued the space with four key elements of “style, cuteness, deliciousness, and fun”, sectioning into three distinct dining zones, “Fashionable Food Street”, “Nature Glamping”, and “LOFT Bistro” to captivate guests with many photo-worthy decorations.
