Christmas at LiTO – An Italian coastal feast
On the Burleigh beachfront, LiTO channels the warmth of Italian summers and the conviviality of festive dining. Italian-born Head Chef Andrea Morigi presents a vibrant coastal Italian menu celebrating the flavours of the sea and the joy of togetherness.
Throughout the celebrations live music will bring warmth and rhythm to LiTO’s coastal Italian setting — from smooth jazz on Christmas Eve to laid-back Brazilian beats over Christmas lunch and soulful acoustic sounds to close the evening, capturing the spirit of summer by the sea.
Highlights include house-baked focaccia, chilled frutti di mare, roast bone marrow with sweet melon and prosciutto, Australian Bay Lobster ravioli, and a choice of grilled White Pyrenees lamb or Tweed Coast line-caught fish — finishing with a tropical fruit and ricotta torta.
