Spread the love

This Loy Krathong, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok invites guests to mark one of Thailand’s most captivating festivals along the River of Kings. Steeped in a centuries-old tradition of gratitude and renewal, the festival sees thousands gather under the full moon to float intricately crafted lotus-shaped krathongs — an homage to the Mother Goddess of Water.

In celebration of this ritual, Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie presents a seven-course Loy Krathong Dinner inspired by the interplay between French culinary heritage and the vibrant energy of Thai culture, each dish embodies her philosophy of Suffusion, where technique, ingredient, and emotion converge.
