Beer Republic, Holiday Inn Bangkok’s premier destination for beer aficionados, sports fans and music lovers, is dishing up drinking and dining devilry this Halloween with special bites and beverages available from 11.30 to 24.00 hours, 29 to 31 October 2025.
Alongside Beer Republic’s usual selection of superb imported fine ales and local suds – some as pale as a ghost, some as dark as the witching hour – a special selection of spirit-driven cocktails screams with sophistication. Spectral signatures on the Halloween menu include the Lady Zombie, a hypnotic mix of Jose Cuervo and Triple Sec with strawberry syrup, cranberry, pineapple and lemon juice; the Devilled Kiss, a delightful jump-shock of Remy V.S.O.P, red wine, orange juice and lavender syrup; and the Ghost Fizz, an ethereal mocktail comprising raspberry sorbet, lime juice, pomegranate syrup and Sprite.
Wickedly refreshing, the Halloween beverages provide great accompaniments to tasty treats guaranteed to be wolfed down by the haunted and the hungry. Spooky specials on the menu include Bat Wings, or black-glazed chicken wings, and Sai Phi Krasue, which is fried pork intestines with garlic, coriander and a homemade spicy Thai sauce. For those with a Frankenstein-like appetite, recommended is the Zombie Burger, a frighteningly good option that stars a devilishly delicious black charcoal bun loaded with a tender Wagyu beef patty, Cheddar cheese and a secret bloody sauce. Its magical monster energy for witches, warlocks and wizards alike.
