Introducing Concierge Curation

The Warehouse Hotel’s new concierge curation service offers discerning guests a new level of personalised attention. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are invited to email the concierge, insiders with unrivalled knowledge of the locale, to request their service, and will be directed to fill out a form to indicate their dining and travel preferences. From there, the team will personalise a list of recommended places for guests to visit during their stay. This service is dedicated to elevating the guest experience, offering insight to both celebrated favourites and hidden gems – whether it’s an iconic cultural destination or an intimate neighbourhood speakeasy.

The Warehouse Lobby Bar Unveils A New Cocktail Menu

The menu selects eight decades, between the 1890s and the 2000s, capturing each in a cocktail inspired by a foundational classic of its time.
The Warehouse Lobby Bar has launched a conceptual new menu that pays homage to Singapore through the decades with an innovative range of cocktails. Deeply connected to the building and its surrounding area’s heritage, the menu draws inspiration from its life as a spice trading house in the 1890s, a hotbed of secret societies in the 1930s, and, more recently, when the area was home to The Warehouse Discotheque. This inventive approach highlights the bar’s commitment to weaving local flavour and history into world-class mixology, moving beyond theatrics in favour of perfectly well-balanced creations.
Each chapter on the menu is presented as a diptych: a foundational classic cocktail of a chosen decade is paired with a signature counterpart that incorporates distinctive local ingredients and stories. Highlights include the Reverse Trade, a brilliant inversion of the 1890s Martini inspired by the exchange between East and West. This cocktail offers a complex, savoury profile by pairing the hotel’s house-made Chiu Long Gin with aromatic Shaoxing wine, Cocchi Americano, and Fino Sherry. The subtle switch in ratio and ingredients creates a lower ABV reverse Martini – a truly sophisticated and singular take on a classic. The journey continues with potent tributes to historical chapters, such as The 36 Oaths, a smoky twist on the Rusty Nail that honours Singapore’s powerful secret societies with a house-made amaro featuring 36 ingredients, including umami-rich buah keluak. This unique ingredient, more commonly used in Peranakan cuisine, adds a layered, nutty flavour that delivers a profile which is both familiar and innovative at once, marking a masterful and unforgettable integration of local ingredients into world-class mixology.
Led by Director of Food and Beverage Joseph Haywood, the team at The Warehouse Lobby Bar reinvents cocktail classics using sophisticated techniques and surprising local produce such as jambu, black garlic, and pandan. By solidifying The Warehouse Lobby Bar as a destination for discerning local and global clientele, this new menu elevates the hotel’s offering and invites guests to explore Singapore’s forgotten past, one exceptional sip at a time.
The Warehouse Lobby Bar is open Sunday to Thursday, 11am to 12am and 11am to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. For reservations, please visit SevenRooms or call +65 6828 0000.
