Conrad Singapore Orchard’s Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Summer Palace introduces the Mooncake Collection 2025: Tradition, Carved Through Time.
This year’s collection delights with an array of flavours, from traditional baked mooncakes with savoury ingredients such as Parma Ham and Pork Floss with Assorted Nuts, to exquisite snow skin creations including Signature Black Sesame Paste and the indulgent Mao Shan Wang Durian.
The limited-edition luxury set features eight handcrafted snow skin mooncakes, elegantly paired with a porcelain teapot, two matching cups, and premium Chinese teas, perfect for gifting or for personal collectors.
Each set of mooncakes are thoughtfully encased in sophisticated keepsake boxes, designed to be repurposed as display cases for trinkets and jewellery.

This Mid-Autumn season, consumers can purchase Hilton Manila’s Celestial Moonbeam collection, an elegant assortment of handmade mooncakes. Honoring the cherished legend of the moon goddess Chang’e, the series is presented in a regal purple box with light-gold accents, symbolizing abundance and tradition.
Each box curated by executive Chinese chef Kevin Xu, features six artisanal mooncakes, spanning both traditional and innovative flavours: Shanghainese-style pork floss with mixed nuts and Chinese ham; low-sugar chestnut, yam with salted egg; and custard, spicy beef, coconut, and black sesame.
Available now until 6 October 2025, the Celestial Moonbeam mooncakes are priced from PHP 988++ (approximately SGD $22) per box.
