Crafted by Head Chef Giacomo Primante, the evening’s tasting menu blends global inspiration with local Thai ingredients, each dish paired with a distinctive Rioja wine selected to amplify flavors and ignite curiosity. A guest speaker from Lovely Wines will guide guests through the journey, sharing the heritage, philosophy, and meticulous craftsmanship behind these celebrated Spanish vintages.
Set against the warm, contemporary backdrop of etcha on the 7th floor of Chatrium Grand Bangkok, guests will be transported to Spain’s renowned Rioja region famed for producing long oak-aged wines with elegance, depth, and complexity.
