The St. Regis Bar invites guests to raise a glass to International Tequila Day at the July edition of Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends, a lively Sunday social that returns with a bold Mexican twist on Sunday, July 20, 2025. This festive gathering features exclusive tequila-based cocktails from three bars: Iron Balls — The Parlour, La Copita, and The St. Regis Bar.
The exciting lineup of tequila-based cocktails crafted exclusively for the event includes Lychee Protocol — a refreshing blend of Patrón Silver, lychee cordial, Italian basil, lychee liqueur, and peach jasmine soda — from La Copita, the agave-forward bar from the team behind Opium. Celebrated for its Southeast Asian-crafted premium gin, Iron Balls – The Parlour offers a creative twist with the Palomajillo,

combining Patrón Silver, lime, Kahlua, coffee, and pink grapefruit soda. The St. Regis Bar serves up two distinct creations: the ever-popular Frozen Margarita, made with Patrón Silver, Cointreau, and lime; and The East Village Sketch, a bold and savory concoction of Patrón Silver, goat cheese, Ancho Reyes Verde, tomato, and olive oil.
Complementing the vibrant cocktails is a flavorful selection of Mexican-inspired tapas by Chef Diego Zarco and Chef Alonso Zarate, along with Mediterranean creations by our Chef Matteo Fontana. Guests can expect a mouthwatering spread of hot and cold tapas, including Scallop Aguachile, Slow-Cooked Crispy Skin Pork Belly, Esquites, and Mini Roasted Pork Sandwich. Enhancing the culinary experience are a fresh oyster cart, premium cheese and cold cuts, and a live taco station featuring Taco de Lengua en Salsa Verde (beef tongue with green salsa), Taco al Pastor (marinated pork with roasted pineapple and red salsa), and more. The festive atmosphere will be amplified with upbeat tunes from a live music by DJ Dennis.
Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends returns on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at The St. Regis Bar. This time, guests enjoy complimentary entry and the option to purchase beverages from the à la carte menu. Alternatively, select the beverages package at THB 1,599 net per person, including free-flow beverages (cocktails, wine, beer, or soft drinks), or THB 4,199 net for free-flow Champagne. Early bird bookings before July 14 enjoy a special rate of THB 1,399 net for the beverages package.
