Tucked elegantly into the cliffs of Conca dei Marini, this former 19th-century boathouse has been transformed into a glamorous hideaway, debuting a newly renovated restaurant, panoramic rooftop and suitably chic Borgo fleet offering seamless seaside check-ins. THE BEACH CLUB PIZZERIA & GRILL
Borgo Santandrea’s culinary offering is a daily celebration of southern Italian abundance, orchestrated by Executive Chef, Crescenzo Scotti. The newly opened Beach Club Pizzeria & Grill boasts a shaded terrace that spills into a wild herb garden fragrant with basil, rosemary, and thyme, serving dishes that celebrate Southern Italian soul. New twists on beloved signature dishes include yellowfin tuna tartare dressed with lemongrass, linguine with blue lobster and a cherry tomato bisque, and wood-fired pizzas layered with buffalo mozzarella from Campania, smoked fior di latte from Agerola, and 36-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
The Beach Bar, carved into the ancient stone, mixes garden-to-glass cocktails with unapologetic flair. Think Amalfi spritzes with homemade limoncello or classic negronis garnished with Amalfi Coast Oranges and poured over hand-cut ice. Meanwhile, the recently-opened La Gelateria del Borgo is an ode to glamorous summer days spent on the coast. Here, gelato is served from a beachside cart with flavours ranging from zesty Amalfi lemon to rich pistachio – an idyllic dolce following long, lazy lunches.
A NEWLY ENHANCED ROOFTOP GARDEN & ORCHARD
Debuting this season is a renovated panoramic terrace that has been transformed into a rooftop garden with newly landscaped flower beds, enhancing its potential as a venue for private events and special occasions. Sitting above the Beach Club, it is the perfect stage for sunset aperitivi, private dinner, or simply basking in golden hour while enjoying the panoramic vistas of the Tyrrhenian sea. With landscaping an integral part of Borgo Santandrea, the breathtaking space is filled with olives, spices, and herbs. The team have also created a new orchard ripe with Amalfi fruits, including lemons, oranges, apricots, pomegranates, blueberries, and strawberries, all grown for guests to pick at leisure as if the garden were their own.
CHIC DESIGN & THE BORGO FLEET
Design remains at the heart of the Beachclub experience. In collaboration with Ethimo, every detail, from the shape of the sun loungers to the custom towels by Rivolta Carmignan, speaks of discreet luxury and Italian savoir faire.
