With MEETINGS 2025 due to draw to a close this evening (Thursday 12 June), over 700 guests are looking forward to setting sail on an unforgettable evening of style and celebration with the theme: Regatta!

The celebration invites attendees to think crisp whites and navy blues for a nautical-inspired affair set against Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland’s iconic waterfront.

Returning to the City of Sails for the first time in four years, MEETINGS’ exclusive event is being held at the Viaduct Events Centre, known for panoramic views and maritime charm. The venue provides the perfect backdrop to celebrate Auckland’s sailing legacy.

MEETINGS is partnering with Auckland Conventions, Venues and Events, Urban Gourmet, The Events Group, The Production Agency, and Flock Events to make Regatta! Come alive.

Guests will enjoy an elevated culinary journey curated with premium New Zealand ingredients and paired with exquisite regional wines. The evening promises not only fine dining but also a high-energy finale, featuring what promises to be a showstopping performance by Sonar Flare – New Zealand’s newest supergroup. Forged from the legendary sounds of The Feelers, Opshop, and Zed, Sonar Flare will deliver an electrifying live show featuring the anthems that have shaped the musical fabric of Aotearoa.

And, not to be missed, the Regatta! Celebration is set to go to the next level with an after-party at the QT Auckland rooftop bar from 11 pm.
