Crystalbrook Collection is proud to share its achievements at the 2024 HM Awards for Hotel and Accommodation Excellence, held in Sydney on Friday 29th November. The awards, regarded as a premier event in the hospitality industry across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific, celebrate outstanding contributions to accommodation and service excellence.
Now in its 22nd year, the HM Awards received over 1,800 nominations across more than 40 categories, showcasing the depth of talent and innovation in the industry. Crystalbrook Collection Cairns was honoured to be among the standout performers of the night, with recognition in three key categories:

- Best Hotel Bar: Whisky & Wine, Crystalbrook Flynn (Highly Commended)

Her recognition as a finalist for Front Office Associate of the Year is a testament to her exceptional ability to foster a welcoming and seamless guest experience.
