The Wellness Hospitality Conference exceeded expectations even in its second edition, held on Thursday, November 21st, in Milan, at the beautiful NH Collection CityLife.

Organized by Teamwork Hospitality, a consultancy and training company from Rimini specializing in tourism and hospitality, the event has reaffirmed its position as a leading Italian reference for wellness and hospitality, solidifying its role on the national stage.

With over 600 registered participants, 30 partner companies, 15 media outlets, and a program featuring 30 experts from both Italy and abroad, it was an unmissable event for professionals eager to share knowledge and best practices in the industry.

The conference focused on the wellness world, its evolution, the trends influencing the sector, the concepts, and innovations required by thermal resorts and hotel spas, aiming to best meet the needs and services of guests.

In the coming years, the ambition is to transform the Wellness Hospitality Conference into a global event, recognized as the leading meeting point for innovation and leadership in the sector. We want to expand the network of international collaborations, engage new cutting-edge entities, and delve into topics such as sustainability, wellness technology, and strategies to attract the new generations of travelers. Furthermore, our goal is to strengthen Italy’s role as a hub for wellness hospitality, enhancing Italian tradition and know-how while simultaneously looking to the future with a visionary approach.” – Mauro Santinato, CEO of Teamwork.

During the conference, organized with roundtables, seminars, and interviews, several topics were addressed: tourism and wellness economy, real estate trends, and the design of a spa that is both valuable and sustainable. Additionally, the new concept of medical spas and longevity were discussed, as well as the application of technology and innovation in the wellness sector.
Many successful case studies from both the Italian and international landscapes were presented, along with valuable testimonies from spa managers and spa consultants.

An opportunity for discussion, exchange of ideas, viewpoints, knowledge, and expertise for the development of solutions focused on the evolution of the wellness market and the thermal sector.
