Ventisi restaurant on 24 floor at Centara Grand at CentralWorld invites families and friends to gather for its Sunday International Grand Lunch Buffet, featuring an extensive selection of premium seafood, international cuisine and live cooking stations. With special activities for children and complimentary dining for those under 12, the weekly lunch offers something for the whole family.
Seafood is among the main attractions, with a generous display of Alaskan crab, freshly shucked oysters, mussels, river prawns and slipper lobster served on ice. Japanese favourites include sushi, sashimi, smoked salmon and a variety of appetisers, while each guest also receives a complimentary half lobster.
Another highlight is a selection of specialities from Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Kam’s Roast, including its signature pipa duck, crispy pork and roast suckling pig. At the live cooking stations, chefs prepare foie gras to order, available in unlimited servings, alongside freshly carved roasted meats and grilled dishes.
The buffet continues with Italian pasta, Thai favourites, Asian specialities and Western dishes, together with soups, salads, imported cold cuts, artisanal cheeses and freshly baked breads. An extensive dessert selection features cakes, pastries, chocolates, tropical fruits and ice cream.
For younger guests, the afternoon brings more than just lunch.
