Pan Pacific Orchard is proud to announce that its signature restaurant, Mosella, has been recognised as a Winner in the 2026 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards, placing it among the top 10% of restaurants globally.

Unlike industry awards based on self-nominations, fee-based entries, or panel selections, the Travelers’ Choice Award is earned entirely through authentic, unsolicited customer reviews and ratings gathered over a 12-month period. This recognition reflects true diner satisfaction, celebrating Mosella’s commitment to exceptional culinary experiences, warm hospitality, and consistent excellence.

“Receiving a Travelers’ Choice Award is a tremendous honour because it comes directly from the people who matter most — our guests,” says Antoine Capelli, F&B Director at Pan Pacific Orchard. “This accolade is testament to our culinary team’s dedication and passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences every single day, and we are heartened to have our efforts acknowledged in this manner.”

ABOUT MOSELLA

Mosella, inspired by the word ‘morsel’, delivers a distinctively unique dining experience beautifully set against the calming greenery of the Forest Terrace at Pan Pacific Orchard. Moving away from multi-course formats, the restaurant’s recently refreshed menu embraces the Mediterranean culture of sharing and communal dining with differentiated offerings for lunch and dinner. Whether they are talking shop or throwing a celebratory party, diners can easily assemble sharing feasts ideal for their group size and occasion.

By day, a tantalising selection of tapas sets the stage for light and easy luncheons. Come evening, the focus shifts to the Josper grill — the showpiece of the restaurant’s open kitchen, from which churns hearty sharing plates and wooden platters laden with charcoal-fired meats and seafood, such as Cochinillo Asado (Spanish suckling pig) and Whole Branzino.

Weekends offer endless imbibing with a Saturday Brunch Mediterranean buffet resplendent with all sorts of Mediterranean delights, ala minute Josper-grilled meats, and a colourful dessert table. The feasting continues with Sunday Tapas Galore, where diners can indulge in all-you-can-eat small plates.

The restaurant is designed as a 10-metre-tall longhouse perched over a cascading waterfall and surrounded by lush foliage. Inside, the sophisticated yet welcoming space is swathed in vibrant hues of burnt orange, jewel-toned greens and jigsaw floor tiling in white-green marble, while timber-lined walls and ceiling add warmth to the space. Lofty floor-to-ceiling glass windows bring in natural daylight while a dramatic mirrored column comprising glittering mosaic tiles provides the perfect backdrop for convivial gatherings and intimate catch-ups alike.

As a vibrant social destination, Mosella continues to welcome local patrons and global travellers alike to experience its award-winning cuisine and sincere hospitality.
