The record-breaking attempt took place during World Gourmet Festival 2026 bringing together MICHELIN-recognised chefs and the hotel’s culinary team bring this distinctly Thai creation to life on an extraordinary scale. From preparing the fragrant sticky rice and ripe mangoes to assembling the creation piece by piece, the achievement showcased the precision, creativity and teamwork behind Anantara Siam’s culinary offering.

Among the celebrated names were Chef Georgiana Viou of L’Ami, Cotonou; Chef Heros De Agostinis of INEO, Rome; Chef Josiah Citrin of Mélisse & Citrin, California; Chef Arnaud Dunand of Maison Dunand, Bangkok; Chef Paul Gamauf of EDVARD, Vienna; Chef Supakarn “Hong” Lienpanich of Dara Cuisine Phuket and Chef Cho Eunjung of Honeybee Seoul.
