World360 Rewards, Flight Centre Travel Group’s loyalty program, is pleased to announce the appointment of travel industry veteran Kate Rosenthal as Regional Growth Lead for Victoria and Tasmania.
In this field-based role, Rosenthal will focus on embedding World360 Rewards into the culture and daily practice of Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) frontline consultants across Victoria and Tasmania, driving measurable growth in member engagement, acquisition, and customer referrals across the region.
Rosenthal brings nearly three decades of travel industry experience to World360 Rewards. During a 28-year career with Flight Centre Travel Group, she built deep expertise across retail, wholesale, and trade operations with brands including Great Holiday Escapes, Escape Travel, Flight Centre, and Infinity Holidays. Her diverse background spans frontline consulting, store management, training, and business development. Most recently, she served as National Sales & Partnerships Manager at On The Go Tours, driving trade sales strategy and sustained business growth across key accounts.

Rosenthal’s appointment follows a series of recent internal promotions and key appointments at World360 Rewards, including Chris Brandon as Head of Travel, Emilly Labbett as Product Manager Acquisition and Earn, Jeremy Bell as Product Manager Reward and Redeem, Shaun Stephenson as Data and Analytics Lead and Jacob Watt as Senior Commercial Analyst, as the business continues to strengthen its team and expand its operational footprint.
