This late October, Holiday Inn Bangkok’s popular venue for sports fans, music lovers and hop-heads lays on a sinfully delicious Halloween with a selection of thrilling bites and beverages.
Guests can indulge in wickedly fun Halloween cocktails that include the Silent Cemetery, a ghoulish mix of gin, blue Curaçao, elderflower syrup and soda water; the lip-smacking Devil’s Kiss starring vodka with cranberry, grapefruit and fresh lime juices; and Death’s Door, a gothic concoction of dark rum, triple sec, fresh lime juice and grass jelly. With plenty of Halloween hi-jinks to keep the night going, guests can also raise an ice-cold Hoegaarden beer and enjoy a buy-2-get-1-free offer.
Drivers and teetotalers don’t miss out on the Halloween fun either, thanks to refreshing mocktails such as the orange juice-based Ember Shadow; the Tomb Watcher with lychee juice, blue Curacao and peach syrup; and the Midnight Sacrifice, a heady non-alcoholic hit made with pomegranate and cranberry juices infused with black coffee.
In terms of ethereal eats, hungry phantoms aren’t likely to fade away anytime with Beer Republic’s Halloween bar bites menu. It stars Monster Meatballs & Spaghetti in tomato sauce, Bat Wings of sweet and spicy black glazed chicken wings, and a scarily tasty wagyu Zombie Burger in a charcoal bun with ‘blood sauce’ and fries. Other naughty nibbles include Devilled Tuna Tartare, Freddy’s Spicy Chicken Feet Salad, and a plate of Crispy Guts & Garlic, which is deep-fried pork intestines, garlic and coriander enjoyed with a homemade spicy Thai sauce.
