ROKI Pure at ROKI Collection Queenstown has been named New Zealand’s Best Hotel Spa 2026 at the World Spa Awards.
Located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in Queenstown, ROKI Pure is a dedicated wellness sanctuary designed for modern travellers seeking more than rest and relaxation.
ROKI Pure’s recognition in its first year is particularly notable, with the new Queenstown wellness sanctuary named New Zealand’s Best Hotel Spa.
ROKI Pure delivers personalised wellness experiences that work with the nervous system to guide guests into a calmer, more restored state. Each Ritual, exclusively for ROKI guests, is intentionally crafted to reawaken the senses, nurture the whole body and create space to pause, breathe and reset.
Treatments are extended two-hour journeys, or longer, allowing the body and mind to move beyond surface-level relaxation, into deeper restoration.
Rituals incorporate infrared blankets, tuning forks, magnesium-infused scrubs and holistic ingredients from a considered product range.
The broader ROKI Pure wellness offering includes Rituals, immersive sensory experiences designed around deep relaxation and restoring balance; Resets, self-led in-suite wellness experiences; Rewilds, bespoke nature wellness experiences; and a personalised Sleep Concierge.
ROKI Pure features a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, two thermal suites with cold plunges and traditional saunas, and two private treatment suites.
The World Spa Award follows a significant first year for ROKI Collection Queenstown, which opened in September 2025 and has since been recognised on both the Condé Nast Traveler Hot List 2026 and Travel + Leisure It List 2026. ROKI’s Essence restaurant by Chef Paul Froggatt was recognised as the only two-star Michelin in NZ.
